Synopsis: The Samaritan begins with the assassination of gangster Johnny Cercone, a member of the infamous DiFilippo crime family. His killer, an anonymous yet highly skilled sniper with a taste for revenge, executes the hit with great finesse and walks away clean. The murders of the DiFilippo family don’t end there, it seems as though somebody is trying to start a feud amongst New York City’s deadliest criminals, but neither the NYPD nor the city’s most powerful crime rings can figure out who. As the CIA begins their investigation the murders continue and get to close to home and send one agent rogue to take matters into his own hands.
